• This is a small, room-based art fair hosted at YOWIE hotel. Each gallery presents work within a hotel room, creating an intimate, navigable experience for visitors and collectors.

  • Yes, the fair is open to the public during scheduled hours with select events or previews reserved for invited guests.

  • Booths range from project spaces, to small booths, to large booths, located within guest rooms and suites at YOWIE. Some booths may share an entrance within a suite while remaining distinct presentation spaces.

  • The fair is intentionally limited in scale. Approximately 20-25 galleries and independent curators will participate to prioritize quality of presentation, meaningful engagement, and a cohesive experience. Final exhibitor list will be released in April.

  • Booth assignments are finalized after applications close and are based on curatorial fit, proposed presentation, budget range, and logistical considerations. Galleries traveling from outside Philadelphia are prioritized for larger booths that may accommodate overnight stays.

  • Yes. An application fee is required and supports early venue and administrative costs.
