Applications are open to galleries and independent curators proposing contemporary art presentations aligned with the fair’s scale and format. Applications are open through March 15.

Presentations will take place across guest rooms and suites at YOWIE, with a range of booth sizes available, including project spaces, small booths, and large booths. Some booths may share an entrance within a suite while remaining distinct presentation spaces.

Exact layouts and booth assignments will be finalized after applications close, allowing the curatorial team to organize the fair based on proposals, budgets, and logistical needs.

If having the option to stay overnight in your room is important, or if you have specific spatial or installation requirements, please include this information in your application.

The application fee directly supports the venue and production cost for the fair. We understand that fees can be a barrier, and we’re happy to discuss fee waivers when needed. Please contact hello@elsewhere-fair.com to inquire.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with all notifications sent by April 1. The exhibition will take place June 4-6, with install on June 3, 2026.
